Cavac Tabesh Jesm-e Siah (Private Joint Stock) was officially registered on May 20, 2013, under registration number 437184 and national ID 14003430163 at the Tehran Industrial Property Registration Office, originally as a limited liability company. The company has been a member of the Tehran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture since 2015 and joined the Tehran ICT Guild Organization in 2016. In 2023, the company underwent a structural transition to become a Private Joint Stock (PJS) entity. Since its inception, the three-member Board of Directors has focused entirely on the import and introduction of high-end hardware solutions, specifically in window intercom systems, large-scale touch displays, and interactive touch kiosks. We take pride in the fact that, despite being established during one of the most challenging economic periods in Iran’s recent history, we have not only maintained our operations but also expanded our product range through the trust of our clients and partners. Moving forward, we aim to further enhance the quality and scope of our services by overcoming existing commercial obstacles.

Introduction of the co-founder‌‌ ‌and CEO

Farshad Achak was born in 1983 in Tehran and is an alumnus of the prestigious Alborz High School. He holds a degree in Optical and Laser Engineering, specializing in Optoelectronics, from Malek Ashtar University of Technology in Shahin Shahr, Isfahan. He completed his military service as an officer in the Research and Development (R&D) unit at the 02 Training Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran Army Ground Forces. During his service, he began his professional career part-time as the Technical and Public Relations Coordinator at Veresk Tajhiz Company, where he gained foundational industry experience.

In 2008, immediately after completing his military service, he became the Co-Founder and CEO of Takfam Pardaz Pasargad, shifting his focus toward CO2 laser engraving and cutting equipment. During this tenure, he played a pioneering role by introducing the first large-scale touch displays to the Iranian market. His leadership at Takfam Pardaz concluded in 2013, after which he founded Cavac Tabesh Jesm-e Siah. Since then, he has been leading the company, leveraging his extensive background in optical technologies and interactive displays to drive innovation in the industry.

Mission of Cavac

Cavac Tabesh Jesm-e Siah officially commenced its operations in May 2013, with a core mission focused on the import and introduction of digital and electronic products based on interactive technologies. Following the company’s transition to a Private Joint Stock entity in 2022, our medium-term objective was redefined to focus on the development of existing products and diversifying models and price points to better serve various market segments. As a key part of this strategy, launching an online store was set as the primary goal for the second half of 2023 to streamline customer access to our solutions. Looking toward the long term, our ultimate mission is to establish specialized production lines based on assembly services and transition our commercial operations toward importing products in CKD (Completely Knocked Down) format, aiming to localize and enhance industrial capabilities within the interactive equipment sector.

Our Vision: Realism in the Path of Development

Given the current economic climate, defining a realistic vision can often seem disconnected from market realities. At Cavac Tabesh Jesm-e Siah, we do not intend to burden our clients and audience with grand, unattainable slogans. Nevertheless, the core vision shared by our management for the future of this enterprise involves expanding international commercial activities by importing innovative products and eventually establishing a domestic assembly and production unit for these technologies within Iran. We remain hopeful that with improved stability in the national macroeconomic environment, we will succeed in achieving these goals and enhancing our industrial footprint.
