Cavac Product Warranty Terms
Critical Guidelines for Purchasing and Receiving Cavac Products
Dear Valued Customer, to ensure you receive full legal protection and after-sales support, please observe the following guidelines:
Official Invoices: All sales are finalized with an official invoice compliant with the National Tax Organization standards. Strictly avoid purchasing products without a formal invoice specifying the legal identity of both parties.
Warranty Verification: Cavac warranties are traceable through two methods: registration on the invoice and our central Warranty Tracking System.
Stamped Warranty Card: Ensure the seller completes and stamps the warranty card with the official Cavac seal. Free services are only provided upon presentation of this card.
Physical Inspection: Upon delivery, please verify the physical integrity of the device and ensure all accessories are included.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) Guarantee: If a product is inherently defective (without signs of physical damage or impact), Cavac takes full responsibility for replacing it with a new unit.
Warranty Commencement: The warranty period starts from the Invoice Date.
Warranty Seals & Labels: Advise your staff to protect the warranty labels on the device body. Tampering with these seals will void the warranty.
Technical Assistance: In case of any technical malfunction—regardless of warranty status—contact Cavac immediately for guidance.
Authorized Service Only: Never send Cavac products to unauthorized repair centers or individuals. Any attempt to repair the device by non-Cavac personnel will void your warranty.
Warranty Void Conditions & Limitations
To ensure the continuity of your warranty services, please note that the following conditions will result in the voiding of your free warranty coverage:
Missing Documents: Products without a valid warranty card are not eligible for free services.
Incomplete/Altered Information: If the warranty card is missing key details (Model, Serial Number, Start Date, or Cavac Seal) or shows signs of tampering and erasure, the warranty will be void.
Tampered Seals: Damaging or removing the warranty label/seal on the device body voids the coverage.
Physical & Liquid Damage: Visible physical damage, including impact marks, cracks, dents, or signs of liquid penetration into the chassis or electronic boards, excludes the device from free warranty service.
Power Adapters & Surges: Due to external power grid fluctuations, power adapters are not covered under warranty. However, Cavac will assist in repairing them at a minimal cost or providing genuine replacements.
Unauthorized Repair: Any attempt to open, repair, or modify the product by unauthorized personnel or service centers will immediately void the warranty.
Improper Use: Failure to follow the instructions provided in the user manual will result in the loss of warranty coverage.
Special Compensation: In rare cases where a fault is irreparable or original parts are unavailable, Cavac will provide special discounts and facilities toward the purchase of a new replacement product.

Warranty Labels & Cards: Important Instructions Shown above are the warranty card and security seal for the Cavac Window Intercom System.
The Warranty Card is attached to the product packaging. Please retain the original box for the duration of the warranty period.
The Security Seals are placed strategically to prevent unauthorized access. Any tampering, peeling, or damage to these labels indicates that the device has been opened by non-Cavac personnel, which will void the warranty.
